Centennial Airport Foundation Launches New Scholarship Program to Support Future Aviation Professionals

The Centennial Airport Foundation is proud to announce the launch of its new Scholarship Program, made possible through the generosity of the Foundation's donors and the unwavering support of sponsors from the annual Runway 5K fundraiser. This exciting milestone marks a significant expansion of the Foundation’s mission to inspire and empower the next generation of aviation and aeronautical professionals.

Since its establishment in 2007, the Centennial Airport Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, has supported the advancement of aviation through various educational initiatives. The new Scholarship Program will enable the Foundation to make a direct impact by funding educational opportunities for aspiring aviation professionals.

Three Annual Scholarships of Up to $10,000 Each
The Scholarship Program will provide three annual awards of up to $10,000 each, distributed directly to colleges or training entities. One recipient from each of the following categories will be selected:

  • The Robert P. Olislagers Memorial Scholarship for Aviation Management
  • Professional Pilot Scholarship
  • Aircraft Maintenance/A&P Mechanic Scholarship
